Booking terms
The basics of how bookings with Cawejo Signature Travels work. Each quotation also sets out the specific conditions for your trip.
Our role
Cawejo Signature Travels (Pty) Ltd plans and reserves travel arrangements on your behalf. Accommodation, flights, transfers and activities are provided by independent, licensed suppliers, who are responsible for delivering their services.
Quotations
Quotations are based on availability and supplier rates at the time they are issued, and are confirmed only once we have placed the booking and received written confirmation from each supplier.
Payments
Deposits and balances follow the terms shown on your quotation, which reflect each supplier’s own payment terms. All payments are made to the company’s business bank account. We send you written confirmations before your final balance is due.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations follow the conditions shown on your quotation, which reflect each supplier’s cancellation terms. Where a refund is due, we pay it within 14 days of receiving it from the supplier.
Travel documents and insurance
You are responsible for valid passports, visas and any health requirements for your trip. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for cancellation and medical evacuation.
